License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ('Agreement' or 'EULA') is a legal agreement between you (the 'Buyer' or 'Licensee') and GeniusDevs (operated by Mamunur Rashid) governing your use of digital software products purchased through geniusdevs.com or through authorised marketplaces such as CodeCanyon (Envato Market).

By purchasing, downloading, or using any GeniusDevs digital product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

Regular License: Subject to the terms of this Agreement, GeniusDevs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the purchased item to create one (1) single End Product for yourself or for one (1) client.

Extended License: We do not sell Extended Licenses directly on geniusdevs.com. If you intend to use the item in a product that will be sold or distributed to multiple end users (i.e., a SaaS application, a multi-tenant platform, or a product resold to third parties), you must purchase an Extended License through our official CodeCanyon/Envato listings.

All licenses are for a single installation and a single domain unless explicitly stated otherwise in your purchase confirmation.

Under a Regular License, you may: install and use the item on one (1) domain or server; modify the source code to suit your own end product; use the item to create a product for a single client (where the client may not resell the item); receive support and updates in accordance with our Support Policy.

You may use the purchased item in both commercial and non-commercial projects, provided all other terms of this Agreement are met.

You may NOT: redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license, or offer the item for sale or download on any marketplace, repository, or file-sharing platform.

You may NOT: use the item to create a competing product that is sold, distributed, or offered as a template, theme, or framework for others to use.

You may NOT: use the item on more than one domain or project without purchasing an additional license for each.

You may NOT: remove or alter any licensing, copyright notices, or branding from the item's source code or documentation.

You may NOT: claim authorship or ownership of the item or any part of its original codebase.

GeniusDevs retains all intellectual property rights, title, and ownership in and to the digital products, including all source code, design assets, and documentation.

This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. You are purchasing a license to use the product, not the product itself.

Any modifications you make to the source code remain subject to this Agreement. Modifications do not grant you any additional rights over the original codebase.

If you choose to modify the source code, please note that our technical support will be voided for the modified portions of the code, as outlined in our Support Policy.

If you purchased a GeniusDevs product through CodeCanyon (Envato Market), your license is governed strictly by the Envato Market License (e.g., codecanyon.net/licenses/standard).

If you purchase a product directly from geniusdevs.com, your license is governed strictly by this GeniusDevs End User License Agreement.

CodeCanyon/Envato buyers are entitled to the same product support as direct buyers. However, refunds for CodeCanyon purchases must be processed through the Envato refund system according to Envato's refund rules, not through GeniusDevs directly.

The software is provided 'as is', without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

GeniusDevs does not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities. While we strive to deliver high-quality, production-ready software, you assume all risks associated with running the software in your own environment.

GeniusDevs is not responsible for data loss, server downtime, or any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software in your specific hosting or infrastructure environment.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GeniusDevs and its operator (Mamunur Rashid) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the product.

In no event shall GeniusDevs's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the license to the product giving rise to the claim.

This license is effective until terminated. GeniusDevs may terminate this Agreement immediately and without notice if you breach any of its terms.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the product and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the product in your possession.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund. Refund eligibility is governed separately by our Refund Policy.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law principles.

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with standard commercial arbitration procedures.
