Accessing the Admin Panel
The GenBay administration control panel is accessible via the /admin path of your domain.

Authentication Guard
GenBay uses dedicated, isolated authentication guards. The administrative panel operates exclusively on the admin guard, ensuring administrative sessions are completely separate from customer (web) and merchant (seller) accounts.
Post-Installation Security Recommendations
- Update Default Password: If you used standard or temporary credentials during setup, immediately update your password under Admin Profile → Edit Profile.
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Navigate to Admin Panel → Settings & Config → General Settings and toggle 2FA on for administrators. Each login will require an email OTP verification code.
- Use Role-Based Staff Accounts: Instead of sharing superadmin login details with multiple team members, create distinct staff accounts under System Control → Staff & Roles with only the specific module permissions they need.
