The administrative dashboard provides a high-level analytics command center containing real-time summaries of platform activity and financial performance.

Category Management
GenBay supports a structured, 3-tier catalog hierarchy allowing buyers to browse complex product lines effortlessly.
Capabilities:
- Main Categories: Create, edit, translate, and delete top-level product classifications. Assign SVG/font icons, custom SEO slugs, and toggle "Featured" badges for homepage display.
- Sub Categories: Group intermediate product classifications linked directly to parent Main Categories.
- Child Categories: Create granular third-level classifications (e.g.,
Electronics→Computers→Gaming Laptops). - Multi-Language Localization: Translate category names and descriptions into all enabled system languages from a single interface.
Products & Bids
Allows complete administration over all auction listings and live bidding logs across both in-house items and multi-vendor merchant catalogs.
Capabilities:
- Add New In-House Product: Create in-house auctions with title, rich-text description, bidding starting price, minimum bid increments, start/end dates, high-resolution photo gallery, shipping charges, and searchable keywords/tags.
- Product Catalog Management: Search and filter listings by approval status (Pending, Approved, Rejected, Ended), listing source (In-House vs. Seller), category, and merchant shop name.
- Bids Auditing: Real-time chronological audit trail of all bids placed on any auction, displaying bidder name, exact timestamp, and monetary value. Administrators can delete fraudulent or accidental bids.
- Auto Bids (Proxy Bidding) Log: Inspect automated counter-bids executed on behalf of buyers by the platform's proxy bidding engine.
- Winners Management: View ended auctions, review declared winning buyers, check order checkout conversion status, or force a re-evaluation if needed.

Orders & Transactions
Manages post-auction order fulfillment, customer invoices, and direct payment gateway logs.

Wallet Management
Serves as the control center for GenBay's internal digital wallet economy.

- Wallet Transactions: Track user wallet deposits, funds placed on hold for bid security deposits, balance releases, and debit transactions across the platform.
